Welcome to Simply Japanese -- the website of Japanese chef-author Reiko Hara. Former head of Oriental Culinary Arts at Thames Valley University, London and the author of critically acclaimed International Cuisine-Japan Reiko trains professional and student chefs in authentic Japanese cooking, drawing on years of experience in teaching this trendy and healthy cuisine around the world.
