chef-author Reiko Hara. Former head of Oriental Culinary
Arts at Thames Valley University, London and the author
of critically acclaimed International
Cuisine-Japan Reiko trains professional and student
chefs in authentic Japanese cooking, drawing on years
of experience in teaching this trendy and healthy cuisine
around the world. "Reiko is a dedicated teacher

Reiko also teaches Japanese cuisine to enthusiasts
in groups and individually whenever her schedule allows.
In August 2007, Reiko trained chefs at St John's College
and Corpus Christies, Cambridge, as a result of which
they now cook a variety of Japanese dishes for the High
Table. "Reiko is an excellent teacher," Bill
Brogan, Catering Manager of St John's College Cambridge,
commented. "Our chefs thoroughly enjoyed her three-day
intensive course, and we plan to invite her back next
year." Other training assignments have taken her
to five-star hotels in Mumbai and Ireland.
